What's the best low rank mission for Cash and RP?

I've started the game yesterday and now i'm rank 16!

I barely find a mission with good cash and i haven't buy any Safehouse!

So what's the best Job for this rank?

Also what's the priority for spending money?(Safehouses , Garages and etc.)

Any mission, just take your time & not rush it.

Just try to do all the missions, doing one mission over and over to make an extra grand or two can be mind draining (to me at least).

 

You are at a good rank to really appreciate the missions and get better tactics for upcoming missions that will open.

 

Also, you should sell a baller or high end car every 50 minutes and be sure to add the sad horn. There are some threads on how to do it.

 

$22,000 each time and the special NPC spawns are even more. I just think the time to find them actually lose you money in the long run and you can accomplish other things than driving around Vinewood Hills which blows.

 

The Blow Up missions are good...

Buy an Apartment first (Alta best for least $) then get 10-car Garages in areas you like to visit or if you dont need the 10car space get something else. Id recommend saving for a Buzzard (opens lvl 42) also will make you money in the long run.
