If you could host your own GTA Online server...

Perma Night, No Apartments or Personal Vehicles and cars on the street are limited, All Ammunations are closed and your stuck with any ammo you have or pickup. Cops Disabled, All NPC'S are hostile and if possible, changed to a Zombie Skin. Cannot respawn for 3 in game hours. So basically in short, Zombie Mode.

Snow for sure. Lots and lots of snow.

 

I'd love a tsunami/flooded game. I know this is kind of possible in GTA V - modders on last gen raised the water level across the entire map, though it was glitchy in spots. But I'd love to drive boats through Los Santos, if they ironed out the issues and made it functional.

 

Final wish: riot mode! I miss this from San Andreas and prior games. When I discovered the riot cheat in GTA 3 I did nothing but that for days.
