I like the idea of no HUD and no player dots. Would be fun to drive around and honestly not know where people r without actual directions/locations.

The crew I'm in meets up each week for stunting sessions, and it would be awesome to have it always noon, no rain and no traffic. It would also be awesome to remove all the lampposts and other similar props, but I guess I could live with them.

My biggest enemies in this game. No, not the cops (they're piss easy to evade I dunno how people bitch n moan about them), not the insane accuracy enemies, not MerryWeather, nope.

 

F*cking fences and damn rocks. I dies hundreds of times thanks to these things!

I would turn cops off and make it stop raining every goddamn day at 11AM. I like to take pics and you can get really nice flares around that time, but the rain ruins my set up. I'd also make it storm at night. The reflections in the wet streets are so beautiful at night and the lightening! Aww! *u* But I rarely get to experience them because I'm always in MP and it never rains at night in MP...

IV did it with ease, i dont see why it wont work in V.

IV was a peer to peer game it didnt run on servers so each host could choose from a bunch of options

 

also why it was so easy to hack

In IV I would make a Melee Weapons Only Server with Cops on

then get my stars up until they send the N.O.O.S.E team with Automatics

 

It called for some fun times with guns being rare in the lobby. You actually felt like you had real power.

 

It would even work with Cops Off, as there were security guards with glocks and spawning cop cars with shotguns.

Blips only appear on radar and map when shooting, sprinting, or driving within a certain range.

and I don't quite get the OP's bitchin' about the AP pistol.. it's actually not exactly overpowered and using that up against people with heavier weaponary is actually a bit masochistic at times tbh...
