Help! Hpw to make a proper Object Spawning CLEO mod

I want to make a CLEO mod which spawns an objects via several keys and sets (with separate key for every set of objects). I tried this in Sanny Builder but I can't figure anything! My issue us, I can't find an detailed tutorial for newbies like me how to do this!

My requests are:

 

When I press the key for every set of objects to activating script, I do can cycle through them with pressing Full Stop / Comma keys for next / previous object in set;

I need for every object set script to load only a specific objects ID's in specific order when cycling through them;

I can move spawned object at South / North direction with Num 4 / Num 6;

I can move spawned object to East / West direction with Num 7 / Num 9;

I can move spawned object to Up / Down with Num + / Num -;

I can rotate spawned object in clockwise direction with Num 5 and in Counter-clockwise direction with Num 3;

I can place spawned object like this script http://www.gtainside.com/en/download.php?do=detail&cat=322&start=&orderBy=&id=27860 with Num *;

I do move spawned objects faster.

 

Can someone compile completed requested Script with completed instructions and with 5 or 6 Sets of Objects, so I do need only to write specific ID's object for every set please?

you can't make such a script as newbie, you have to learn first the basics and you need to get practice by writing a lot of small own simple scripts from scratch at test these, start with zaz's cleo script tutorial
