Finished heist but no money?

I am a noob, so this may seem stupid, but I finished the Big Score heist and none of my characters got any money.

 

Do I have to move on to the next mission or what?

If I remember correctly, you have to wait until you've completed one of the three options that Devin Weston gives you after ringing Franklin's door bell.. Good luck.. ;-)

I've already chosen to kill Trevor but I have not done so yet, do I have to?

If that is the option you've selected then, yes, you'll have to complete it to earn your full reward..
