does the rumpa van spawn in free roam if so where?

today while playing a good session of rooftop rumble i foubd more then one rumpo van, and i found myself wanting one , i took one and hoped it would spawn with me in free roam, it didn't.

does anyone know if it does spawn in free roam and where??

i'm on xbox 360.

You mean the Rumpo I'm guessing? I see them spawn quite often in free roam.

East LS, around the ammu/LSC/LSPD Station on that side of the city. It'll usually spawn parked on either side of the road.

 

Can be stored, can't be insured (without glitching).

Heard an opp got killed, watch me do my dance.

Got a pocket full of bills, watch me do my dance.

I just popped a pill, watch me do my dance.

Hit that nigga with the steel watch that nigga dance.
