Car Color Changing while driving [Modded vehicles]

I am currently having a problem of certain cars changing color while you're driving them, these cars are mods and are vehicles that used to be two colors, but are now four colors, I've placed them under the correct section in carcols.dat, but the flickering remains.

The roof changes color every 5-10 seconds.

Does anyone know how to fix this, the problem doesn't seem to be in the mod as other people can use it just fine.

They only change color while driving for some reason and only a part of them (on this one it's the hard top for example).

It doesn't flicker, it simply changes color each x seconds of driving, and just one part of the vehicle in most cases.
