Commend issues

As of this moment I have a discount at ammunition only, and the discounts are different for each weapon? I commended others players and when do the discount increases. But it makes no sense? How do I get the 5% off for all stores , not just ammunition? Sticky bombsvare like 6% off? Help

I didn't know that effected prices at stores, and to be honest I'm not sure it does. I think the only discount you get in game is for ammo from getting medals at the gun range. All bronze for 5%, All silver for 10% & All gold for 15%.
