anyone else unable to see own support tickets?

Created a social club support ticket yesterday, yet under my activities on the site it says none, and if I follow a link from the email it says its not found.

 

Got a reply to the ticket yesterday, and have replied to that in the email so still can't see it and unsure if my reply has gone through. The number is meant to be #3198743.

 

Anyone else had issues like this?
