TRAFFIC CONE

I'm guessing you're on PS3 as that system is the easiest for script kiddies with genital inferiority complexes to fiddle with. Remember kiddies, nothing makes your junk bigger than using console cheats to gain an unfair advantage!!

So, if the cone follows you to other sessions, even after restarting your system, you need to clear the cache.

When I was on PS3, some script kiddie didn't like how I was dominating him so he made himself invincible then put a fire pit in my stomach. I would burn to death every 10 seconds. Changing sessions did not remove said fire pit.

Cache clearing methods vary from system to system, on PS3, the method almost seems unrelated. You need to open your internet browser from the PS3 menu, open the options menu in the browser and clear your cache and cookies (instructions can be found HERE) I know, it seems dumb, but that's what worked for me. If that doesn't work, you may have to delete downloaded content and re-install it. This could take some time, so go grab a can of pop or something.
