Send Game Invite (Disabled)

"Sending invites is disabled until both you and this player have completed the GTA Online tutorial"

 

For the past few days this message has appeared when trying to join or invite friends to my game.

Everyone has completed the tutorial already and were able to play together fine up until a few days ago.

 

Has anyone experienced this or know a fix?

It's been happening to me a bit lately, recent glitch. It depends who you are connect to. Some work some don't. Rockstars end though as usual, don't bother with the system cache reloading crap, has never fixed anything and never will.
