Unique bike helmet on NPC

When committing vehicular mayhem last night, I noticed one of the NPCs sporting a rather fetching helmet on his noggin. Looks like a less detailed version of the Pogo mask superimposed on a existing helmet design. Thoughts?

Hmm. Wouldn't be surprised if helmets in that style would be added in a future update considering it's technically already there... but then again all the unique clothing and gear on NPCs is most likely just for the sake of immersion rather than hidden content.

 

Still, wouldn't be bad to have something like that as a helmet option. The more choices, the better.

that npc helmet is an abomination. I'm sure it would be everywhere online if it was available.

Recently, especially in races, my character puts on a grey top hat instead of a helmet. The helmet sound effects are there, but there is now doubt it's a top hat that was put on.
