It has to be gameplay related, nothing to do with the story. What stuff would you tweak or add?

 

I would:

 

-Add random vigilante missions like in IV

 

-Make gangs attack each other randomly, you can choose to help one and get a reward.

 

- Tweak police to use non lethal methods at 1 and 2 stars. Helicopters will take 1 minute to respawn after they are taken out.

 

-Online garage and insurance system to sp

 

-Hard difficulty mode: Less enemies spawn and they are less accurate, but they deal more damage.

 

-Add a city riot and all peds have weapons cheat code.

 

-No wanted level, and lock wanted level to a certain number of stars cheat.

 

-Saving cheat's on phone.

 

There you go, best dlc ever, who needs heists?

1. Repair all the LSPD police vehicle liveries to make them consistent.

 

2. Properly implement Counties and Jurisdiction. This means the following;

 

- Blaine County actually having it's own Sheriff's Office/Department, and thus having it's own fleet of vehicles, including the Vapid Stanier PPV, Bravado Buffalo PPV, and Declasse Granger PPV.

 

- Unify the existing Sheriffs Cruiser livery to be black and white, or alternatively have the all white remain in game but have it spawn for one in ten cruisers.

 

- The San Andreas Highway Patrol patrolling the highways/freeways, and actually having it's own fleet of vehicles in game. including the Vapid Stanier PPV, Bravado Buffalo PPV, and Declasse Granger PPV, and texture them with proper San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) liveries and have them replace the sheriff units that patrol/park alongside the highways in game. Furthermore, replace the Police Bikes livery with SAHP decals.

 

3. Rename the 'Declasse FIB Granger, Emergency', and "Bravado FIB Buffalo, Emergency" to more appropriate names of 'Declasse Granger Unmarked, Emergency', and "Bravado Buffalo Unmarked, Emergency", so as to avoid the problems of why NOOSE are using the FIB's vehicles.

 

4. Properly re-texture the female LSPD police officers uniforms to match the colour/tone of the male officers. In addition replace the males POLICE text in their name badges to have last names instead.

this is all sp, but:

 

 

 

--casino with bar, dance floor

 

--horses at the track and some sort of racing/betting

 

--a bunch of interiors

 

--insurance, robberies, ten-car garage, more safehouses

 

--buy food

 

--more side missions, vigilante, more rampages, more races, go-kart or tiny motorcycle track. oh yes.

 

--increased interactions with random dogs and cats.

 

--more detective-type stuff; i like the murder mysteries. maybe sneak into some of those mansions; find the girl in the cellar or pizza oven or whatever.

 

--steal and sell cars.

 

edit: a drive-in movie theater somewhere in all that desert would be amazing.

i'd make the

 

"Bring Fun Back to the Players"

 

1-this dlc would remove the majority of the vehicles from blacklist, which means players would be able to store any vehicle they want in their garages(tank, jets and helicopters still blacklisted) this include cop cars and other emergency vehicles.

 

2-bring back johnny on the spot aka the mechanic would phisically deliver your cars again.

 

3-major tweaking to the bad sport system. a bar graphic in the game and in the socialclub wpuld let players know how close they are from landing the dunce. players would no longer receive bad sport points for destroying other peoples PVs aslong as the vehicle is occupied. if the vehicle is empty the player would receive bad sport points if dont have enough money to pay the insurance.

 

4-bicycles can now be insured and painted.

 

5-lobby options. just like the ones we had in IV, players would have the power to join a lobby that actually fit their gaming needs. this options include pedestrians(off/low/medium/high), blips(off/on/near/far), vehicle restrictions(X vehicle cannot be used in this session), weapon restrictions(X weapon cannot be used in this session), cops(OFF/on)

 

6-more pegasus spawn points. helicopter would now spawn at the nearest bulding, a blue corona would appear that would teleport you to the top of said building. pegasus vehicles would spawn a couple feet from your current location.

 

7-remove pegasus auto-retrieval. instead we would get a option on the cellphone to call pegasus to either cancel a delivery or to retrieve a vehicle.

 

8-removal of the lobby-wide off radar notification.

 

9-more customization for all vehicle classes. more wheels, hoods, bumpers, stickers, decals. rbg palette added to lsc. the blasphemy of having turbo on a muscle car is over as super chargers and pulley upgrades are added to lsc.

 

10-rbg palette added to all clothing stores. now you wont have to do a glitch to change the color of a tshirt, just select the tshirt and you can change the color with the rgb palette.

 

11- tweaking to the cooldown system. the cooldown for the sale of street cars would be cut from 48minutes(24 ingame hours) to 24minutes(12 ingame hours). cooldown for mercenaries, mugger, mechanic, have been removed.

 

12-off radar length options. 1min=$500 + 500 for evey extra 30seconds added up to a max of 10minutes.

A fully functioning Glory Hole Theme Park with a Glory Hole Toilet friend activity where Mike,Trev,Frank,Jimmy,Tracey,Amanda and Lester all enter the toilet so who you never really know where the fun will end.

-instead of heists, your online gang can now hijack money couriers on the highway!

 

-Build roadblocks! Make fake detours! Use spikes! Hook it onto a helicopter! Anything that must be done to steal all the moneyz!

 

- In single player, expect the usual from R*! Give only the slightest sh*t about Michael, Trevor and Franklin as they can assemble to tackle couriers for less money! And less frequently too!

What? This feature is gone now?

 

I'd bring fun for single player.

 

The Real Pur$uit of the Almighty Do$$ar - You can take Franklin out of the hood but you can't take the hood out of Franklin!

 

Franklin is gambling addicted and broke. Too young, too much money, too quick.

 

Franklin expansion pack where the 'hood comes creeping back and Franklin has depleted all this money. He spent it on hookers, drugs, expensive cars and didn't pay his taxes and currently has a gambling addiction which we don't know if he'll ever break. It's up to the player. He has to rebuild his empire. His house in the hills gets repossessed and he's back with his aunt. Meanwhile, his family and friends threatened rival gangs are destroying the once slightly GSF-centric "neutral" street where Franklins aunt lived or full blown Ballas territory. Franklins aunt can't go out without fear of being attacked by drug peddling violent gang members. Franklin has to go on a journey battling his gambling habits (realistic gambling mode available.. if you lose cash there you can't go back to a previous save. Well you can but the money in the back transcends save files). So, if you want to put one million down on black you are actually gambling your money away. Franklin must go on to restore Grove St Families. He's looked at as a leader and a mentor due to his previous success. He also has his detractors that accuse him of selling out and running off to the hills. Franklin's broke now though. He has to prove himself to the families and rebuild his life. He needs to clean out the hood ( a nod to the San Andreas mission except it's crystal meth this time and not crack). Gang tags come back as collectibles giving Franklin a continuous access to GSF armoury.

 

Gang wars come back with the focus of this being that Rockstar focuses on good gun play action again like RDR. Cops accuracy is toned down a lot in favour of longer shoot outs.

 

House burglary missions return. Don't judge... I'm broke :p

 

Pimping missions. Hey, I once had millions now I'm down and out.

 

Drug missions like TBoGT.

 

Drug dealing like Scarface.

 

Bank robberies

 

Coupled with this kind of theme again we will have a real Midnight Club theme was well for side missions. Plenty of racing for pink slips and very unique cars than can only be found through these races.

 

Once Franklin starts earning cash again, he purchase safe houses up north of the map and around the place. As the story progresses he'll deal with meth cooks in the desert and weed dealers up north of the map. The missions will take Franklin around the map really utilising it.

 

You'll play through V's map with a completely different perspective. You'll end up going to all those places the vanilla story never took you and beyond.

 

New Mansion will be progressively built bit by bit as the story progresses. I will be a walled fort in the hills near the desert with enough strip to land a small plane. You can see the house as foundation at the start. As you unlock further missions and it's being built you'll notice it up for sale for 120 million. It will have secret exit tunnel for cars, heli pad, pool and unique suits to wear. It stores 10 cars. It will be available to purchase about 75% in to the story. Option to have it from the start at second play through. Option to choose from custom designs for the inside.. The Scarface/Vice city theme, The Godfather theme and more.

Import/export side mission. A list of 50 vehicles, you unlock a new special vehicle after every 10.

 

Vigilante missions, 25 to find initially, you unlock armour at your safe house when complete, or 200 armour.

 

Ambulance missions, unlocks 200 health.

 

A meth cooking activity for Trevor.

 

More drug smuggling for Trevor, hiring drug mules, some can get caught. You can choose who smuggles for you, some will be better than others.

 

A gang war style thing for Trevor, against the lost.

 

An activity for Franklin, taking out the balla OG's, you have to fight a lot of others before you get to them. Vagos included.

 

A list of 15 special weapons to find, hidden around the map. Classic weapons like knuckle dusters, chainsaw, maybe a revolver. Volcanic pistol from red dead, flame thrower, sticky bombs you can stick to peds, machete, katana, others I can't think of. Edit: crossbow, bow and arrow, tomahawk, throwing knives, Chinese throwing stars. (I may be stealing ideas here)

 

New vehicles, about 30 would do. New radio TV and movies in the cinema.

 

Basketball, pool, more street races, bike races on chiliad, monster truck races (a couple of new monster trucks too) Some things in the stadium, cunning stunt academy.

 

New fighting styles, you can learn them, more unlock as you progress.

 

New mods in LSC, interior customisation, the ability to mod vans, nitro, hydraulics, new window and light colours, new options for existing vehicles.

 

New animals.

 

In current gen, the car damage would be upped a bit, roof and sides would deform, just not as extreme as before so FP mode doesn't get messed up.

 

Police helicopters would spawn a little later than they do after you destroy them, giving you a better chance to lose them.

 

More secrets, something scary lurking in the deep waters.

 

Expanded hunting for Trevor, legendary animals.

 

A couple of new garages, 10 car ones.

 

A snow cheat.

 

This would be a good start for me. Greedy :p

Some of the features I would add to the game:

 

- Hotring (playable as Michael), Bloodring (playable as Trevor) and Dirtring (playable as Franklin) events set in the Maze Bank Arena.

- Drug Dealing.

- Import/Export.

- Split Sides Comedy Club.

- Bahama Mamas West.

- Casino.

- Pool.

- Hydraulics.

If there were no limits on what could be added, I would first work on a huge vehicle list.

I won't come up with the list now but a few I would add would be:

WC54 ambulance, three-wheeler, kayak, NASCAR Stock Car, jet car, 1973 Toyota Celica Liftback, UTV, Humvee, along with the return of the Merit, Rustler, & 2-door Rancher with Offroad package

 

Weapons: paintball gun, bow and arrow, water gun, football, chainsaw, flare gun.

 

Side missions (all would be endless):

For Trevor: Meeting Maude would continue endless bounty hunter missions. Entering Liquor Ace would trigger missions based around meth dealing, usually shootouts with competitors.

For Franklin: Meeting Lamar on the map would trigger gang wars. Each gang war would be located in different neighborhoods. Maybe 5 unique in total, but endless. Meeting Simeon would trigger new repo missions.

For Michael: Entering the movie studio would trigger stuntman missions.

 

Interiors: I'd unlock all mission interiors.

 

Random Events: More mini-heists equivalent to robbing armor trucks or gas stations. One or two random events based around the military base.

 

 

 

If I was limited to what I could add, I would add a Wilderness DLC That would include a Kayak, UTV, 2-door Rancher with offroad package, Bow & Arrow, & Flare Gun

I would take out everything we have now and add the only thing that ever really mattered: the Cherry Popper delivery missions. Who needs heists, gang wars, and races when you have "ice cream" to deliver.

There's a lot of stuff already mentioned that I'd like to see, so basically all I want is this:

 

Allow the ability to not put a helmet on automatically when riding a bike, and actually have it functional.

this. the helmet thing has bugged me like crazy.

Now during GTA V, Franklin never really went into too much detail about his past and growing up in South LS. So M & T start asking him and he begins to talk about what he was doing during the years before he met Michael.

 

Right after this the game will jump into a flashback of Franklin when he was around 19, a cut scene will ensue and then the player is given control of F and the DLC begins.

 

This part of the DLC will last for 10 missions, as well as stranger missions. (10 missions may seem short but M & T will also have 10 missions each later in the DLC)

 

As this is years prior to the events of GTA V, Franklin will be an active gang member and South LS will overall be A LOT more dangerous and A LOT more active.

 

The point of this part of the DLC is to show what Franklin went through growing up in LS and how he came to break out of the gang banger mind set and eventually meet Michael.

 

Then Trevor will get put on the spot and be asked about what he done after the North Yankton robbery and how TPE came about. This part of the DLC will again be a series of flashbacks and take place in North Yankton and Blaine County, and will also be 10 missions long with additional stranger missions.

 

Michaels flashbacks will obviously be about the time where his family first went into the witness protection program and how he ended up in LS. Again 10 missions long with additional stranger missions.

I've read a lot of ideas from amateurs that were better than what the pros came up with. The pros made a bunch of bad decisions with this game. It should have been better.
