I'm a level 127 and it says I need to complete the tutorial. Anyway I can solve this?

I had the tutorial intro popup twice on the PS4. I exited the game quickly, rebooted the console, started up the game again and it was fine.

 

EDIT: If nothing mentioned works. My only other piece of advice would be to delete your game data, which holds the patch as well and re-install everything. But make sure you don't delete your story mode save files, and back them up to a USB just as a precaution.
