Sent to bad sport on old gen after already transfering?

i was just sentenced to 4 months on old gen for jet griefing, i have already transfered my character from my ps3 to my ps4 weeks ago, does this mean thr bad sport sentence wont carry on to current gen? i havnt logged into my account on ps4 yet but i assumed because saving and progress is stopped once you transfer that my new bad sport sentence on ps3 wont be recorded when i sign onto ps4

Idk try and find out. People seem to think if they dont log in they will not get banned bs ect and tbh the ban or bad sport is calculated before even turning on the system

The way I understand it, is once you have transferred, you can do anything on your 'old' console and it won't affect the 'new' console. Ie earning money/RP/bad sport?
