I expect it some time in February. They stated "next few weeks" in the last newswire post. I know you can't be 100% it'll actually be like that but I think it'll atleast happen in the next month.

While heists will be a challenge, and a blast I'm looking forward to the vehicles, clothing and weapons just as much. I hope they come out this month, but I doubt it. I hope they at least come out in early February.

Knowing how Rockstar likes to delay things, I think they won't be here until March. The latest newswire post says that the PC version won't come out until March 24, so there are several weeks in March before that date that could be possible to use to release heists.

I wasn't trying to be funny. And, being that the two posts I've made in this thread have gained double digit likes, I can tell I'm not the only one sick of spoiled children bitching about sh*t that they feel entitled to.

 

And, to the comment about "we play GTA, we don't play Rockstar"...that makes no f*cking sense whatsoever and it's still not a valid excuse for being a whiny bitch about something so silly. Either play the game or move the f*ck on to Payday 2, being that heists is the most important thing in your life currently.

And secondly, you are telling people to "shut up and take it" with the whole ordeal about heists. They are the party in the wrong, and from a consumer perspective, their customer communication, their PR department, and the constant delays make them seem unprofessional. They're a multibillion dollar company, they act like they're just tryna f*ckin wing it... Doesn't make sense...

And the attitude that you have towards other users should probably come to a halt before a mod comes along and takes care of it.

I feel as though Rockstar needs to fill a void they have left now that PC is cancelled. With this in mind, I feel like Heists will be released as early as next week and as late as the first week of March. They need to use the console players (like they did last time ;) ) to "beta test" the heists and remove any issues before they release to PC.

 

They will probably leave February for a Valentines re-release DLC, so they won't have to waste resources on that.

What if they fail( like the retard rooster from family guy) like how in Rooftop sometimes the briefcase randomly destroys itself......... or other similar issues.

 

Would the leader lose his money? Really if they put up a bunch and it fails by no one's account , it would be bunch of bs.

I think rockstar have been a bit behind with heists with the distractions of the next gen and all the problems they've had with online. So I think we should go easy on them.

 

Just a few days on the breaking wheel then. The hole that Rockstar are digging for themselves is only going to get deeper and more lined with spikes the longer they drag out releasing the heists. For their sake, they need to deliver something pretty damn good, considering the (growing) amount of time they've supposedly put into them.

I've been wondering something similar. Say you're the money fan, you stump up $500k or however much it is, your minions go off on their side missions only for one of them to have a random network error. Does the hist fail and the money man loose $500k, can the person who dropped out rejoin or can someone else take their place? Probably be a deciding factor on whether or not I bother with hists more than once. I'd like to see how Rockstar gets around this.

I agree with Richard1997Jones here. Would you rather have a completed product, or something that's not finished?

 

I guess quite a few would rather have the unfinished product so they have something to moan about but it's probably better to put up with a slight delay and get something decent don't you think?
