Is there a mod or trainer that allows toggle of fingerless gloves

I've just reinstalled GTA4 after years and years. It feels good to be back but the painful scars of the awful PC port aren't any easier to put aside.

 

I was wondering if there was a trainer, or mod, or something, that allows you to toggle fingerless gloves. So you can take them on or off without having to replace and move files in Spark4 each time.

While you're here, do you know the texture path in Spark4 for the background of the FIRST PHONE. I want to change the default grey background of the phone, before getting a new one in "Photo Shoot".
