I CJ a car from some women, not knowing the cops were near by. A chase ensued into PB where I found a sidestreet to hide down. Next thing I knew this firefighter was rushing towards me. I presumed he was taking a shortcut to some other incident, when all of a sudden he drags me out of my car shouting, "This ride's mine, asshole!" and proceeds to punch me a few times.

Same happened to me with a cop once, thought it was really weird but also funny. I was just sitting in my PV nearby a friend who obviously had a wanted level, put my controller down to get something to drink quickly, and when I came back suddenly I saw a cop ran up to my car and pulls my char out of the drivers seat screaming "LSPD motherfcker !"

yea cops take random npc vehicles if the patrol cruiser is inaccessable (blown up) occasionally they take yours if your the closest thing
