You shouldn't be able to move in Passive Mode

2. You don't have homing launchers? Use back alleys and height differences to take his slow ass out from a distance.

Like back then I used to have a 5000 bounty; I was level 80s and chased by 3 or 4 players of level 100s. None of them got me because I got a nice defensive spot. And after got killed a few times, one of them brought a tank..

Wanna know more? Yeah, it still took them a while to kill me with rampaging players and a tank.

In the old days my crew would punish any tank scrub that would bring a tank to a gun fight. After the tank scrub was dealt with we would spawn kill him over and over again. When this tank scrub entered passive mode we would run him over and over again as punishment for bringing out a tank. Now this tank scrub can get his tank anytime he wants thanks to the updated pussy mode feature forcing us to spend money on rpg ammo to deal with a tank over and over again when before we would just spawn kill him until he left or trapping him if he refused to leave. It's was good fun payback denying him his tank as well.

Lets talk about GTA forum myths... you know, opinions held by many here but that are only held by an infinitely small percentage in the actual game.

 

The Forum myth is that many (maybe half ) of these pacifists just want to be left alone while they shop and get their nails done...

 

The reality is that has always been less than 1% of pacifists in the game, the other 99% were and are using it to gain a combat advantage. ( In, whether you like it or not, is a combat situation)

 

There has always been a solution that would make things fair for both types of users, only let players go in and out of passive in their apartment or garages

Yeah, I don't like seeing people use it for a pvp advantage. If I have a bounty and someone approaches in passive I just find new session. They have to work for it and get themselves camped multiple times like everyone else. I use passive mode myself though, either to quit whilst ahead, go shopping, collecting special crates etc etc... The pros outweigh the cons OP I don't think it should be changed

Real talk. The vast majority that have a problem with passive mode are the trolls and controlling fags that are mad they can't kill someone or force them to play the way they want to play. There is a reason why these pussy mode supporters are against a passive mode only lobby where they can check out eachothers female avatar ass while riding bikes in peace. Instead they are against an optional passive mode only lobby so they can abuse this feature in normal lobbies to gain a tactical advantage or troll instead. They aren't fooling me. I've seen too many people abuse passive mode to gain an advantage. Stealing my position up high, climbing a ladder to get to me while in passive only to disable it shooing me in the back while I'm paying attention below.

look up all the threads before CG release where passive players where clamoring for sepetate lobbies, but griefers said no way we want our easy kills. Haven't read through the whole thread but OP seemed to be talking about people using passive for a pvp advantage and suggested a solution (which I don't agree with)

 

All I see in response are drama queens crying about griefing and brain dead COD kids
