[REL|SA] Helium baloons

This modification adds some originality and difference in the game. Mod adds... Helium baloons!
Before askins "why would I need it", read the description. It will fit for your needs to take some cool screenshots and will just enchance the gameplay.

You can buy baloons in Zero RC shop. Come to the cashier and pick a baloon. There are three colors of baloons: red, blue and green. Every baloon is worth 1 dollar.
You can buy as much baloons as you want. They will be saved even if you quit the game, and you will be always able to use it.

* Press 1 to launch red baloon, 2 to launch blue baloon, and 3 to launch green baloon .
