Sultan (+1) even if it's worse than IV, it's mods and jus drivability are still miles better than some of the other cars. And it's 4 doors!!!

Surano (-2) I liked how this car looked when I first saw it on the streets and was excited to see wat upgrades it wud have. There's nothin special to it.
