Game freezes

Hi guys my PS4 keeps on freezing on the mission with Trevor, his friend Wade and Wade's cousin. The mission to the docks. Now I have the latest game update and PS4 firmware update please help. Oh and ever since Ive updated the game at one point something happened and it started the game from the beginning. Also when I start the game.

I just reformatted my hdd and reinstalled all the game data and update and started from scratch , the same thing happens over and over again.
Now it happens from game beginning , every time after the double car steal and during the first escape from the cops.
This game is now un-usable and this is completely unacceptable. Before this game had no issues at all . no scratches or defects on the disc , I not not drop my console.

Please what is the way out of this. I am considering changing ps3 to ps4 because of this , but read now that the ps4 has also this problem. What is the cause ?

Have you tried with a friend's GTA V disc? It may be the disc itself has a flaw.. If it is the disc, take it back to the store you bought it from and ask them to exchange it for a new one, assuming your current disc is scratch and blemish free..
