It's a nice place, had it as a home for months when I used to fly jets a lot, you drive out your garage call your besra which is 10 seconds away and you can be at the military in 1 minute, nice and peaceful too.

This is true and, I agree, super annoying, but the NPC's spawn positions mean you can usually be in the air before they're all over you as long as you move quick. Unless your plane spawns inside the hanger, then you gotta clear them out but this is a small price to pay for the baskets of fresh produce the local farmers bring you in thanks for clearing out those Lost MC ruffians.

As soon as we could have 2 properties, I bought the Grapeseed property instead of Paleto Bay.

 

I liked the location and the proximity to the airstrip. Whenever I launched online I never ever saw another player in Grapeseed when I spawned in.

Ultimately I got rid of it b/c of the small 2 car garage but I did appreciate the calmness out there. I'll say this, if there was a LSC out there I probably would have kept it.

Yeah, gotta admit that I really love Grapeseed if only for the fantastic gateway to Chiliad - perfect for off-roading, my favourite face of the mountain to climb. Plus, y'know, people rarely go to that end of the map so even for a third property it's pretty perfect. If I wasn't so sure I'd want to change my vehicles over and over I know I'd move back there in a heartbeat.

Honestly, I've been heavily considering a move from Paleto Bay to Grapeseed for quite some time now...

 

I'll never do it ; only a 2-car garage, no LSC or Beeker's Garage, & the airstrip is in the middle of a gang attack...it's a great, calm area but there are really no advantages to living there.

Honestly if and when R* ever decides to give us 10 car properties in Grapeseed and Paleto, I'll drop my LS properties. I much prefer the calm, quiet small town atmosphere, but my car collecting doesn't allow that sort of lifestyle. Tragic, really.

I love living in good ol Grapeseed I got a sandkingSWB and a dinka enduro in the garage no one bothers you out here you're free to do what ever you please life couldn't be better unless I could get a 6 car garage and there was a shooting range near by then it'd be great I do plan to get a place in Paleto bay soon.
