N1CKNAK 101
Hi there! so I played and completed GTA V on xbox 360 without any major issues, gone out and bought the xbox one version and now ive got a massive issue! Basically, whilst playing as Franklin, I got a text from Michael which then allowed me to do the martin madrazo missions, on attempting it, I had the turn the console off halfway through, but no biggie right? Wrong! Now i'm stuck playing as franklin, cannot bring up the wheel to switch players, It wont let me start any Strangers and Freak missions or Lester Assassinations, and more annoyingly it wont allow to progress in the story as i cant get the text from Michael again! I've replayed the last mission i did before it all went to sh*t (Eye in the Sky if it helps) to see if it would reset itself, and it hasnt! Anyone got a fix/suggestion for the problem? If not i guess i'll have to restart the story which takes the piss a little bit! RedDagger
Try calling everyone on your contacts list, that sometimes triggers a mission and fixes the problem. Receiving a call can work as well, so playing for a few hours may help. Going to GTA:Online, switching to a different character slot, then going back to single player can help as well. If none of these work, you may have to reload a previous save. Johan
Another fix for some people were killing themselves in-game as well. Also quick-saving on a different save file and then reloading that one.
