When i robbed the stores i forgot to use mask, is there any way i can go back so i can rob them again?

No. You'll have to leave town and start over new.

If you go back to the store again without wearing a mask you might be recognised and the store clerk might shoot you.

 

If you return to the store wearing a mask - they won't recognise you and you can rob it again.

 

In short, if you wear a mask next time - you will be able to rob it as normal.

Never wore mask. Never killed the clerk. Never got problem.

 

Don't over-complicate things in a game where Heist as the current theme and what they have is Halloween masks and all you can do is robbing convenience store like a goddamn punk.

Funny, I rob the same convenience store over and over without a mask and they do nothing to me. I don't think you need to worry about it.

Mask only helps if you plan to rob stores within like 2 minutes

The clerk will only recognize you if you rob the same store in the same session. I dont even bother. Its a cool idea, and they probably wanted store robbing to be trending but its a big fail.
