Looking at the first page only of R* Support and their Online section, there were six topics opened by different people of this same situation where their character was deranked. In all those six cases, R* adjusted the rank of each of those people's characters to the correct rank as it was before, so just tell R* your situation with your character being deranked, someone has already posted the ticket link that you can send to R*, and they should solve this situation.

that's a pity , u'll have do it yourself

there's variety ways yielding huge Rp ( 3k is big enough for a mission )

solo race is cheapest ( no bullet spent nor enemies encountered ) but Rp is determined by lv and cash harvesting is low

 

survival has decent Rp & cash but harvesting time is low as well enemies accuracy are buffed slightly ( especially one wielding combat MG , taking down you in matter of second ) . but helicopter gunners can be auto-aimed

You really need to improve your people skills, along with being able to tell the difference between Rockstar Support and a forum based on a Rockstar game.
