Mariachi Spawn...

No matter what I do I cant get it to spawn. And the one time I did get it to spawn it wasnt there, only cop cars (It never appeared and didnt drive off the mountain)...

 

Ive been able to get it on XBOX 360 multiple times but ive had no luck on PS4...

 

Can someone lend me a hand in trying to get one.

I carried mine over from 360 to one. Still have it... when I can get on that is.

Ive spent like 5 hours checking at 17-20 in game time both am/pm nothing....

That vid says it changed the time on next gen but idk...
