GTA Online Heist Locations & Approaches - NON-OFFICIAL

Recommended Posts

So we know of a couple from the trailer, but we don't know all of the locations. We can also see some methods on doing Heists. Help analyze the screenshots, trailer, or just submit your theories and ideas for the locations and approaches!

These are theories entirely based on the GTA Online Heists trailer, IGN's screenshots and article, trusted leaked information, and the Rockstar Newswire A&A. Everything is pieced and linked together from various sources and is most likely very accurate.

1. Ornate Bank Heist

Approach A - Loud

-Get masks and suits (professional robber outfit)

-Go inside bank, hold it up, and take hostages.

-Go to the vault and hack it

-Drill into the safety deposit boxes

-Go outside and have a shootout with the LSPD

-Escape to Lester's warehouse/your apartment

Heist Complete

Approach B - Smart

-Get hazard-proof clothing, gas masks, and BZ Gas

-Go to the roof and throw the BZ Gas into the bank's air conditioner vent

-Wait until everyone is knocked out, enter the bank and break into the vault

-Drill into the safety deposit boxes

-Go outside and have a shootout with the LSPD

-Escape to Lester's warehouse/your apartment

Heist Complete

2. Prison Break

-Hijack a Prison Bus surrounded by police on the Senora Highway and evade the cops

-Aquire a Velum airplane by stealing it from the Vagos Contraband Smugglers at the McKenzie Airfield in Grapeseed

-Unknown Prep mission titled 'Wet Work' which involves 2 Players doing something with lawyers outside of City Hall, and the other 2 Players doing a stealth activity which involves taking out a man's security guards as a small part of the mission

-Rig a prison block with explosives (Demolition Expert) - (most probable theory)

-2 players go undercover as Prison Guards and drive into the prison with the Prison Bus

-The Demolitions Expert activates the charges and allows Rashkovsky (prisoner) to escape out of his cell (most probable theory)

-The Bus Team makes their way through the prison to reach Rashkovsky

-The Prison Bus team (2 players + Rashkovsky) drive to the McKenzie Airfield (or Sandy Shores Airfield) while trying to escape the police and the Demolition Expert escapes alone in the stolen car

-Meet up with the pilot (player) in the Velum airplane and take off from the runway (could be the McKenzie Airfield or the Sandy Shores Airfield)

-After escaping the cops, land on a beach (possibly Del Perro Beach or Vespucci Beach), drop off Rashkovsky and meet up with the Demolition Expert.

-All 4 Players join together in the Velum and return to Los Santos

-Parachute from the Velum and meet Lester at his Warehouse in La Mesa

Heist Complete

3. Humane Labs Raid

Approach

-Get stealth outfits with masks

-Aquire an Army chopper weaponized with 2 Miniguns (helicopter not yet officially named)

-No more Heist Prep missions known ATM

-2 Players cut the power in the Humane Laboratories

-2 Players infiltrate the building while wearing night vision goggles, silently taking out enemies

-The same 2 Players extract data from a government computer using a USB inside the labs

-The 2 Players flee the building and escape to a small beach along the coast

-The 2 other players are in the Army chopper, waiting to pick up the other team

-The Players on the beach fire off a flare, the chopper team lands and picks them up

-The team rides in the chopper to the South of Los Santos, but they're intercepted by enemy choppers along the way (most likely FIB, Merryweather, or NOOSE)

-They must shoot down the enemies with the Miniguns

-Once they escape, land and meet up with Lester (no known landing spot)

Heist Complete

4. Fleeca Bank Job

Approach

-Observe the Security for the Fleeca Bank on the Great Ocean Highway, just South of Chumash

-Pick up Paige (most likely Paige Harris, the best hacker in GTA V Story Mode)

-Obtain the Karin Kuruma, an armored sports car with shielded windows (similar to the Imponte Duke 'O Death), which is kept in a Del Perro parking lot guarded by a Little Seoul stick up crew

-The team will most likely need to steal a Cargobob along with an unusual big, yellow magnet used in place of the regular hook, which is used to pick up vehicles and lift them into the air

-No more Heist Prep missions known ATM

-2 Players drive to the Fleeca Bank in the Karin Kuruma and hold it up

-The players escape in the Kuruma and drive up the GOH until just before the Zancudo Bridge

-1 Player is in a Cargobob with an electromagnet on a rope. The Player airlifts the Kuruma with the Bank Robber Players inside to an unknown location.

-No more is know about the rest of the Heist. Although it may involve armored cars with mounted machine guns.

5. ???

Options for this Heist could be a Yacht, Aircraft Carrier, Fort Zancudo, or more. There is also an unconfirmed part of a Heist where the Players flood a location, possibly the Humane Labs

Help us figure out more of the Heist locations and approaches. Please add in your input, thanks!

Why waste so much time typing this when you have no clue what it's really going to be like?

Non Official? Then this topic renders irrelevant.

It renders it more relevant than those countless "official" topic that were never really official. At least this guy admits it. From relevant to irrelevant: Official, Non-Official, "Official"

Why waste so much time typing this when you have no clue what it's really going to be like?

Because this is what it is going to be like. I analyzed the trailer and stuff. I say non-official because it's not confirmed. Everything I wrote has proof behind it.

Non Official? Then this topic renders irrelevant.

/thread

So everything not said by Rockstar is irrelevant? Because it's not confirmed? And what is this supposed to be relevant to in the first place if you say it's irrelevant?

Actually, a fair bit of that has to be legit, because it's literally stuff off the whiteboards shown in the trailer (which you can then match up to the various action scenes and accompanying screenshots) - things like the role of the magnet Cargobob and so forth.

I took down as much as I could a few weeks back, for this thread here:

http://gtaforums.com/topic/754764-gta-online-heists-trailer/page-12?do=findComment&comment=1066686571

Here's a quick repost of all I got (much of which tallies with the OP above) - stuff obscured in the trailer is in (red parentheses), either just marked as unreadable, or with an educated guess as to what's in the gap:

1. Fleeca Job - (obscured)

Observe security at the Fleeca Bank on the Western Highway. Then collect Paige and some equipment from the factory, and come back to the apartment to plan the score.

2. Fleeca Job - Kuruma
Players Required: (obscured)
Source th(e armored ca)r for the Fleeca Job. It's currently being looked after by the Little Seoul stick up crew in a Del Perro parking lot.

That's as much as I could get, but it appears that the Fleeca Bank heist (which apparently is a smaller-scale, lower-risk/reward one) ends with the team getting out in the armoured Kuruma (which you get in stage 2 of the heist) via the modified Cargobob with the electromagnet, as seen in the trailer.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
1. Prison Break - (obscured)

(obscured) the Vagos contraband smugglers (obscured) ...s for getting the inmate out of the (obscured) (pris)on break.
2. Prison Break - Bus
Players Required: (blurry)
(obscured) ...rt bus in a high security convoy for (obscured) ...n clear of the authorities, store (obscured)
3. Prison Break - (blurry - 2?)
Players Required: (blurry)

(obscured) car, pose as cops, and go into a (obscured) transport schedule. The other (obscured) ...'s stolen car from a cargo ship (obscured)

Then, on what looks like the final Heist whiteboard:

THE PLAN
1. Get in the prison bus.
- Park inside the prison
- Make your way through the prison to Rashkovsky.
2. Collect Rashkovsky.
- Clear the area of NOOSE.
- Get in the Velum.
3. Regroup on the beach.
4. Return to the city.

With roles listed as:

1. (obscured - driver?)
2. Pilot
3. Prison Officer
4. Demolition

From the looks of that one, it involves stealing a plane from the Vagos, hijacking a prison bus, going undercover as cops to learn the prisoner transfer schedule, retrieving someone's (Rashkovsky's?) vehicle from the docks, then eventually sneaking into Bolingbrooke in disguise with the bus, getting through to Rashkovsky, fending off NOOSE goons, then flying out to the coast for Rashkovsky to escape (the city/country?), before heading back to the apartment to split the earnings.

southernsontn

Everyone loves gunnin each other down on this forum.I would laugh if OP was 100% spot on

Yeah, the other day, there was a thread posted about heists, and the topic was on payouts. I posted some screenshots from the trailer which pretty clearly showed the payouts and the percentages for two of the different heists. I was told that it was stupid to go by "promotional art", even though it was fairly clear that the trailer used actual cutscenes from the heist itself.

Then just yesterday, I see an IGN article where they are using the same footage to make basically the same conclusions that the OP, myself, and others have come to.
