I sold mine long ago. If I had a iPad or some sort of tablet, I would definitely try to change the color.

 

EDIT: I have one again. It's a black beautiful bike. I ride it every chance I get now.

Love the pic, trouble is you can't appreciate the colour. Its' matte black and the windshield (is this right?)is tinted black too.

Feels so much better to ride on longer journeys rather than short quick ones. Deffo the one to pick for a cross state cruise!

R* didn't reset the colour, if you throw an invite into the game through Ifruit and/or Charles it will revert to the default paintjob. It's the same for all livery/unpaintable vehicles.

I bought it for my second character in USA livery or whatever the red white and blue one and fully upgraded it and have kept it since I can't keep a Cop Bike. I just want a cop bike to play CHiPs. Oh, and uniform.

Blue open face helmet looks similar to biker cop helmets.

It came along with an update (Independence Day Update if I ain't wrong) so you won't be able to get unless someone dupes it for you and I think there's no available glitches of these

I still have a Sovereign,but it's a stock version.I used to have the repainted version too (both are still shown in this thread on an old post),but it got returned to the original livery so I sold it cause I didn't need two identical vehicles.

I wish R* would let us remove the livery (or maybe choose different liveries like flames or pinstripes) and repaint the bike legit in LSC.Maybe they could even let us properly customize it,such as removing the top case, removing the saddlebags or replacing hard saddlebags with leather ones, removing the windshield and maybe some other stuff (I've seen a PC mod that removes the livery, windshield, saddlebags and top case on a Sovereign,and it looks really cool).Hopefully they make Bikers DLC part 2 and give older bikes like Sovereign, Innovation, Hexer and Gargoyle some proper customization.
