And most say that it is the TXD that is buggy or installs incorrectly I've had this SWATAarmour problem for over a year. I decided to uninstall the SAMP addon and really the problem is the SAMP Addon I tried using 2.6v after uninstalling to see if it fixed, but it crashes my SAMP. justuserwholikestogta Posted September 27, 2021 Share Posted September 27, 2021 hello i wanna say, samp addons helps me alot in performance increase, especially on old low end laptop. but there is one problem with the addon. so my gta/samp is locked at 60fps no matter how i installed uncapfps and other fps unlocker, but when i on windowed mode, the fps got unlocked and i could reach 100+ fps. i hope this problem got fixed later as this helps me on dm server which requires high fps. my laptop is asus x453s (5years old) oh btw uninstalling addon would still same but when it comes to windowed the fps still locked at 60fps Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think we just need to modify the samp.asi and remove the part that touches UTF16, and distribute it, what do you think about this? what I want to say is that I want to delete related functions and release them in a separate version to eliminate the phenomenon that 3D Textdraw appears as ? in samp.asi.
