Reinstalled the game, in another partition this time, nothing, the same problem, SampFuncs stuck in the loading screen, same mods, same confirgurations, etc.

which txd in samp.img is responsible for the texture of a bulletproof vest? because I noticed that after installing samp addon also changes samp.img and the tactical vest no longer uses the skins included in swat.txd. So what texture is currently used?

When I Launch my Samp with SampFUNCS and SampAddon, The Game freezes in the loading screen. What should I Do? I Reinstalled the game like for 4 times now, In Another Partition too, but nothing. I Don't have SF plugins. Can someone please help me? I don't know what to do !

In img tools, I find DFF files after these names. And I want to replace TXD because I replaced the model. I want to upload another kevlar, and I can not, because it uses a different skin than with swat.txd. Where should I look for textures for change to change the texture of Kevlar? This is indicated only by dff. The numbers do not know what the other ones mean.

Hey, can you please tell me do I need Silent's Patch too? Or this will be enough for fixes. 

And did you fix that bug when we could not move while shooting with FPS limiter on?

I have windows 10 and my game (even clean gta without mods) quickly goes to the desktop. When he wants to get back from the game's desktop, the black screen appears and the return takes a few seconds, regardless of whether I have a sam addon or not. I don't think disable labels & nicks on F7 is a good idea, it's special for interface only, as Kalcor idea

I still have a problem with the GUI. When I enter a window with objects and mark an object, then I will push ESC, this window does not close, it just goes as if to another window as if I clicked on the 'wiecej' (more) LMB button. I have to press ESC more times so that it closes, and ESC should be pressed once to close. Here's the presentation:

Yes, but it started to happen after installing sampl addon from the installer. Now even after uninstall the problem is the same. Before the first installation of samon addon the problem did not occur.
