sa released SAMP Addon

Everytime I try to use ENB my SA:MP won't start. I can run SA:MP perfectly with mods and everything, just whenever I try to install an ENB and drag the files into my SAMP directory, and try to start samp, my screen flashes black as if it's going to start then nothing happens and it doesnt start, If i remove d3d9.dll from my directory and leave the other ENB files I am able to start SA:MP but the ENB isnt effective in game and everything just looks normal. Any way to fix this? I have Windows 10 Pro 64Bit.

 

And also when ı try to install Samp Addon 2.1, ı get this error:

Crasher.asi still refuses to aim with a weapon and move forward or backward. And if it is as it was, very difficult to walk while aiming. fps 110+

Are you fixing aiming at high fps? This crasher.asi repairing and aiming, but by the way and spoils the gta ...

CrashRpt1402.dll, crashes.asi - These two files solve the issue of walking with high fps, and also enlarge fps (I extracted those files from this tip: https://github.com/Whitetigerswt/gtasa_crashfix/releases)and so far have not caused crashes (because the whole modification caused). After inserting these two .asi, .dll files, you can walk and aim even when the fps is over 100fps (130/140 +). But when you upload these files then there is the problem that I can not turn on police sirens, I mean I can turn on but it is very difficult because I have to quickly click on 'H' to turn the sirens on or off. Maybe you can see from this fashion what fixes the bug with aiming and walking with this modification and implement a similar solution in the samp addon? Is anyone getting ENB to work with the latest version? It doesn't seem to work for me. It doesn't even show the enb version on the top corner, like it doesn't exist. I've never had this problem before. It may be another mod installed but I can't figure it out.

Edit: Ok nvm, It seems to work whenever i minimize and full-screen the game again. Kinda weird but I'll live with it.
