Events & Meetups

I don't like how the events & meetups are now merged together. I went to check out Andyganteks' gang league topic and it was on like the fourth page. I noticed a lot of the other events that are very detailed and well planned are now lost because of all the meetup topics. Surely it would be better having two different sections like before so the people who are willing to put time and effort into their topic/event don't have to worry about the topic falling down the pages and people who just post quick topics to organize a small meetup don't knock the planned events down onto the 10th page.

We appreciate the merge of these two forums in particular has caused quite a mess visually, since you're completely right, they are 2 different ways to "meet up". We should be able to return them to something of their former states shortly, just give us some time to sort it out.

+ Can I just add, a bit more communication here would be good.

You do stuff suddenly, say nothing - make no announcements, a bit of open discussion would be better no?
