old xbox storage

Im one of the unlucky few who has bought gta and my old xbox has run into the storage problem. I was wondering if I download game from xbox live would I encounter same problem

If by storage problem you mean not enough space for the game, then yes, you would encounter the same problem. The disc version works with an appropriate USB, though.

no I have over 100GB free. If you remember there was a problem playing gta v on older xbox. It worked perfect and then 1 day it just wouldnt go past loading screen. Rockstar released a "fix" that made you delete game file, clean cache and reinstall install disc and made sure you didnt install the 2nd disc. I tried this numerous times and never worked. I bought a 2nd version as rockstar advised and same problem. I'm just wondering if the digital copy has the same issue

Ah, sory for the misunderstanding.

 

Yes, the digital version has the same problem, although I can't say how often it gets the problem in comparison.

 

Note that there's a small chance the problem can be fixed by cleaning the disc with a soft cloth.
