the document was destroyed

this had happened a lot lately, but this time it was no ones fault, just finished rooftop rumble and the document was destroyed, i didn't hear any explosion but though it happened because someone was careless. But then it happened again an hour ago, i opened the seif and when the document dropped (it sapwned where i was) is was destroyed. Also yesterday a friend of mine said the coke was destroyed because he picked it up

In my experience it's not buggy, AI are easy to take down and aren't especially accurate, it's a decent payout for minimal effort, I've never had the car explode even when using AP pistol and finally Grid10k; I'm not a moron.

It's quick, easy and pay is decent.

People love to have a go at people who play RR for money just like they do at people who drive Adders or super cars in general.

There are faster missions that pay more in both rp and money.....RR is old hat people should move on.

Since the Hard difficulty and reward multiplier was introduced, players are turning into this mission as this was the easiest mission with the best payout, although not that much. This made Rockstar notice and they decided to screw this mission with silly mission redesign, ultra buff, and intentional bugs. After realizing players are anticipative and explosive-happy, they took this chance to 'bug' the mission and leave the players in Mission Failed screen without knowing what happen. Some of us have found out the 'key', while others, like you, left in the dark and insulted by arrogant pro-players when seeking for help.

 

And here what I have to say: Leave that mission. It's not worth your time.

I'm aware of numerous ways to get the "Document Destroyed" message (e.g. blow up the Northern approaching Fugitive), but are you saying you can 100% play RR without it bugging out on you? To pick one I don't understand at random, the enemies never turn into blue circles for you? If so, do share...

When they did that, I knew then it was time to dupe my cars. It's been more then a year and not one sign of a anti god mode system yet all these anti money systems.

For me RR had never, ever bugged while i've played it; never. (since January) The enemy have never turned blue, always red.

The real problem is why the hell are you wasting time on Rooftop Rumble? There are a lot of missions that take less time and pay more money.

As I say, there is the 'key' to avoid the bug to happen.

 

1. Clean the parking lot

2. Ignore reinforcement

3. Go to Police Station through bridge underpass

4. Wait until Green Dot appear

5. Chase Green Dot

ok then. (without hijacking the thread; sorry) which one.

 

Tell me...

  • ...one which you never die in (unless you are really crap)
  • Is quick (I haven't timed RR but I reckon no more than 4 minute)
  • Is simple
  • Doesn't require miles and miles of driving to complete it
  • Isn't buggy. (as i've mentioned numerous time, it's never been buggy for me)
  • You get 11-13k for a smidge under 4 mins (ish; never timed it)
  • You don't have to travel for miles and miles to start it
  • Don't need the hassle of phoning Pegasus for a vehicle or going to a known spawn location
  • It can be done solo (to stop idiots spoiling the game)

As I say, there is the 'key' to avoid the bug to happen.

My method is slightly different but the results are the same.

No hassle, no failed mission and easy money for minimal work.

not to mention to make the document guy's fugitive is fragile than ordinary fugitive ( even if using SNS pistol )

not if i'm using my ap pistol, i just shoot through the rear window and kill the driver.

but answering the op's question, i think destroy the document is a common troll tactic.

even though i've destroyed the document once or twice by accident.
