(Xbox360) Looking For Sultan/crew for car meets in the VERY NEAR FUTUR

I have failed to find a sultan anywhere or figure out exactly what i need to be driving to find one, any help is appreciated and I am also looking for a group of people that do a lot of OFFROADING/Car Meets in general on Xbox 360.

 

 

ALSO what are peoples preferences of AWD/4x4 vehicles for chiliad Trips?

You can find a sultan at the prison or near the ls customs near the same area. As for mountain trips, sandking or dubsta. But the latter will cost you a pretty penny.
