How to make a good looking guy?

Recommended Posts

That's considered a good looking character? Wow.

OP, it just takes time fiddling with each slider to get the right balance. On CG of course, don't even bother with it on the god awful LG creator

That guy by looking his eye already make me squirt hahaha

Yeah, he looks like some rocker dude. But I'm not exactly an expert on "Hot guys"

First of all, I can't access OP's image so I have no idea what he considers a "good looking" character.

Secondly, go f*ck yourself OP. I learned how to make decent characters myself by messing around with options and general trial/error. So can you.

My character:

They all look like generic characters to me, like no real effort as gone into making them. Did you guys just port from last gen and stick with what you had? I had face tats on my character when he transferred so I didn't get to mess around as much as I'd like, funny though, my ps3 dude didnt have a facetat.

I gave him a few features though, some slight up turned nose, random skin blemishes, slight aging.

Still looks like a generic tard though, maybe I shouldn't have had him smiling here.7a3xPXWvc0OvKWMfj2uMpw_0_0.jpg

Hardly applies to me. Took me ages to settle on a character I like. Ditched my port.

GhostlySentinel

I nominafe myself as winner.

Guy looks like he got punched in the mouth. Lips are fat as. That's the only thing that lets him down (In my book anyway).

it isn't usually as noticable as it is in this pic, but I definitely wasn't too happy with the way his mouth turned out. Needs to be wider. The goatee helps a lot though.

I saw your message after I sent my comment. Pretty good, looks like Johnny with a slight Heisenberg. From what I could see for my guy I tried to make him look a little like myself, he's pretty decent with normal hair and not smiling. I only have this picture with the black eye though lol. I just need to take a better picture, but it does quite suck.

I was going for the Heisenberg look, glad you noticed. With the tools I was given, I feel I got as close as reasonably possible.

As for your guy, he has a distinct look that I don't see in other characters. He reminds me of a person, though I can't think who.

EDIT: Thought I'd throw this in.

Yeah things are still pretty limited in the game, maybe if they gave us some preset heads rather than heritage heads then things might be different. Maybe if we had Saints Row's options like head size/width etc, also the height and build of the characters would be fine.

I took two more pictures, the first picture standing in front of some random fat guy lol, shame we cant look like most of the npcs. Maybe not that guy. Angry face in the second picture doesnt quite look so good.
