How do you change vehicle access xbox one?

How do you access the quick interaction menu via XboxOne? It seems to work by pressing the select button on Xbox 360 controller, but not on Xbox one. I ask this because I see no way to adjust vehicle access.

im not sure the button to make the interaction menu work, but you can adjust settings such as spawn location and vehicle access in the pause menu > online >options

Are you saying the button doesn't work or you don't know which button does it? The button that brings up the interaction menu is to the left of the XBone button, pretty much where select was on the 360. But if it isn't responding, try going into third or first person. For some reasons when it would act up for me changing my PoVs worked. Welcome to the GTAF btw.
