i dont give a sh*t about the heists. i'll play those just to get the new trophies which got leaked a while back. all im excited for is the new patch, and practically all the other purchasable content which will be included in the update lol. so basically, im looking forward to anything but the heists themselves. as for the thread, funmw2 hasn't taken enough of a leak in here. somebody get him some juice, he deserves it.

Normally by now there is a small line of code, a banner leak, etc. I'm inclined to say they might skip V Day, now I know that V Day would not require an update to "activate" it, but I just don't see them releasing an identical update to last year. That would be a first for them, and imo, lazy.

 

What if they are skipping V Day to release Heists next week?

 

V Day is on Saturday, and nothing is stoping them from just dropping a suprise update on the day of. I doubt there will be an announcement on Friday overshadowing the already small audience livestream. I guess if we don't get anything tomorrow, there will be no V Day content, unless it's supposed to be a suprise. Doesn't make a good suprise though since most players are expecting it.

 

I look forward to something new. The novelty of the Christmas cars and weapons has worn off, although I still love them. I am eager for new things.

 

Especially a dart board in my apartments.

I personaly don't think we need an update before heist because we will be getting A TON of content with em. In the Youtube description on the Heist Trailer it says "Featuring new gameplay, new vehicles, new weapons, new clothing and much more." I think it will make up for not giving out new content for the last couple months. It will definitely be worth the wait.

His track record. Fun has provided video/photo proof of several game additions before their release over the past year. I have literally played Online with Fun on the yacht that is featured in the Heists trailer, that he spawned in, from code he found.

 

He is as legit as a leaker can be. Is he right about everything? No. No leaker ever is. He is the best we have got right now, and I am inclined to believe someone that has been right more often than not.

Well the main issue people have is that Rockstar has told everyone time and time again over the last year and a half that Heists are coming "SOON" but we're just left waiting and waiting. I've honestly lost count of how many times they have lied to us regarding Heists. Here are the lies I can immediately think of:

• Heists coming with the game.
• Will be added in the coming months. (Right after GTA: Online came out)
• "Soon"
• Coming in Spring
• No not Spring, "SOON"
• Coming in the first content update for Current Gen

Heists aren't coming ever. Get that through your thick skull whoever thinks they will. They have been delaying them since the beginning of the game, and they will delay them until the 6th game. If they do come, then I'll be proved wrong. I'm hoping we get something tonight!

It says that for advertising purposes.

 

Vehicle(s), Weapon(s) only requires 2 of each item for R* to be keeping their Word. Replace clothing with Tattoos and less any new game-play this description could apply to the Festive Update also...an Update which saw the least new Content added of any Update to date which was kind of a let down as it was the first PS4/Xbone Update!

 

I am still Speculating we will get the Valentine's Day Massacre Content enabled via Tunables and an accompanying Patch today or tomorrow. My reasoning is more or less that a Patch IS needed before Heists since R* will want to keep on top of any Bugs/Exploits that need attention after Online Heists release (as it would be embarrassing if such a long awaited Update was riddled with them) and this will be a lot easier if existing Bugs/Exploits are Patched before hand.
