After Heists there will be singleplayer DLC wich will probably be the last DLC, after that a new Red Dead or Max Payne.

Speculating based on fact. According to R* Online Heists will release:

 

"In the weeks coming before the PC Release"

 

Week(s); plural form of week; meaning over 1 week before the PC release on the 24th of March. It will not be a Saturday or Sunday between now and the PC Release, so assuming week(s) is TRUE, the latest Heists will release is therefore (discounting Monday 16th March):

 

Friday 13th March.

 

Furthermore, the earliest is Wednesday 11th February. Subtracting out Saturday's and Sunday's, this then leaves 23 Days Heists may be released between Wednesday 11th February and Friday 13th March. Outside of this Window, R* have not kept their word on the Heists release date for a 3rd time.

I can imagine it'd take a fair amount of time to update the game with something bigger than anything that's been released but in that case I think I'll wait a little longer.

Well, I was sure that there was not going to be a second valentines update... and i'm beginning to think that i'm unfortunately right... :/​

Look at last years release date. It was on a Thursday on the 13th. I'm confident there will be another one.

I wonder if that free weekend is a good sign an Update will come. What better way to get people more interested in GTAO and a Plus Membership than by releasing an Update? It would be smarter to release Heists though if that was the case, as that's the most anticipated Update, not just something re-hashed from last year.

I don't think there is any connection between GTA and the PS+ free weekend.

 

EDIT: Although, saying that, they have featured GTA on the promotional artwork for the event in the UK.

Chances of it coming before the PC release are very slim. They've said heists are coming soon for many months, so why would you be convinced they're telling the truth THIS time?

Yeah, I was just going to say there is in fact a connection. It's a missed opportunity if Rockstar don't release something IMO to entice those getting it free.

I downloaded the PKG links, but the encryption is much different than the PS3. I can't rally seem to decrypt it, and from what I've heard there are more .pkg's lodged in the main one itself.

I don't have any news speculating any future DLC. I can't seem to get in any files.

Heists will come out February 29th 2015. No DLC will be released until then.

 

Wrong, the Valentines Day DLC was released on 13 February 2014 so if its going to be done again it will come out on Thursday as the last DLC

game updates were released on Thursdays.
