It's a JSON file with, lets call it 'options'. I.e.:

It's not about garage space. It's about R*'s dumb principles. They don't want us to have military vehicles in our garage. Probably due to realism, but since when has GTA been realistic anyways.

Like my friend says GTA isn't entirely realistic. it is action movie realistic.

 

 

FunMW2 tweeted my username with the Valkyrie reveal. Finally getting the Internet fame I deserve lol jk.

I watched a video from a GTA youtuber talking about the Valkyrie(egotistical I know). Anyways someone in the comments mentioned that in the front of the helicopter it says "Barracuda" which I checked and he could be right:

 

We could have a new manufacturer too who knows.

 

Also i thought the front looked like it says Lady Zancuda

Umm.. yeah I really should have looked at it closer before posting. It definitely says Zancudo(although the final O looks like an A, but I guess that's, because of the cursive font).

 

Anyways though someone here mentioned that the Savage matched the name for the other piece of code. It was apparently a name found in the old mparmy files.

It's funny in the middle of November rock* said Heists would be the next update and then we got christmas dlc and now it looks we will get valentines day dlc before heists as well.

The "Valkyrie" is not a vehicle, is the contact you call in the middle of a heist to revive dead players.

I will not get too excited. I believe that he has the code, but I will make my own guesses as to what they mean.
