It was added arount mid-october 2014. But how gtuned said, the background randomly change and has nothing to do with further newswire updates.

This is added to the DLC checks list .

Example :

It checks if the prop is "prop_gold_trolly_full" then request anim "sLocal_184" .

New anims to PS4/Xbox one versions .

sLocal_15308 = "[email protected]@"

func_2458 returns true if it's a PS4/Xbox one version .

Basically if you are playing on PS4/Xbox one then it will request "[email protected]@" , if you are playing on PS3/Xbox 360 then it will request "[email protected]" .

Why ? probably because of the first person view .

Chrome Rims, Cars, parts, anything new for car customization >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Heists.

 

Most people want to have chrome rims, but visual updates only keep the game interesting for a couple hours. At this point we really need some new gamemodes and freeroam activities to shake things up, because technically, the game's been the same since release, despita all the DLC so far.

 

On the topic of the newswire, PC Preorder post is no longer pinned. There might be something nice cooking. Don't get your hopes up though.

There's interesting coding with "fm_mission_controler" .

This checks if "iplop" variable is set to 1 ( It will request "hei_carrier" ipl , The aircraft carrier )

Also I found something interesting, You can't go there as the game will force you to turn back .

However If you place required objects or vehicles then it will allow you to go there .

I guess R* will spawn the hydra there as it will require you to steal it .

I honestly think Heists will be out by the end of March. This month we may get a second Valentine's Day update, and in March... It'll be time...

From a marketing perspective makes sense. Battlefield hardline out 20th March. Then a day later boom! > Heists out > PC version out 24th.

Last I remembered Fun said all dates were changed to 1999. Fun has always been completely upfront with info he finds, tells us as soon as he finds it. If he finds a date he'll post it but I don't see a useful one being found.

 

This info is interesting and atleast lets us know stuff is still happening. It's all we got right now.

 

Otherwise he's busy de-crypting things.

Last I remembered Fun said all dates were changed to 1999. Fun has always been completely upfront with info he finds, tells us as soon as he finds it. If he finds a date he'll post it but I don't see a useful one being found.

 

He said nothing. Since Heists were delayed, Nillxmodz said the date was changed to 1999.

About agent14 and lester and melvin scientist .

Those are for ambient voices .

It check the character model then set the ambient voice for it .

Those can be used for cutscenes or in-game while you are playing .

We already saw lester and the new character with heists trailer .

Do you think melvin will have something to do with weapons/armour ?
