I'm legit 364 and there are many players higher than me. Guess the ratio of lower rank to higher rank (players still playing who upgraded) means that those higher up seem to be harder to meet.

I only ever see a max of about 3 or 4 people at or above my rank in any session. Sometimes I'm the only one. It will even out.

I know plenty of 4-600s who are legit. I started a new acct in August and I'm 272 now with 30 days played. If I kept playing on my old acct would've been well into the 500s by now.

I saw a 1001, don't know if it was legit though. I never someone dumb enough to mod his rank to 8000.

Saw a lvl 8000 last night on ps3 he took away all my weapons and then gave them all back and i had the collectors edition weapons after. He then made my friend and i invisible and trapped us in my vehicle.

If the highest you've seen is only 276, then you must be new.

During the helicopter RP glitch era, people were jacking up to 1000+.

The most legitimate players I've seen are between 300-500 nowadays, and I see them on occasion.

I'm level 208, or so, and I don't play nearly as much as other people.

Honestly, I don't even know. Cheated would be maxed out all 9s and real rank probably 402. At 270 I still have people ask me if I'm cheating so what do I know?
