Pro Camera Angles?

I've seen all these awesome snaps on the 'appreciation' threads for players' vehicles.

The angles look amazing and the quality is brilliant. Blurred out in places, close ups etc...

 

I know the quality is down to next-gen, but what about the camera angles and things like that?

Depth of Field is for new gen consoles only, but as for angles and heights, you gotta get creative on where you park your car and where you shoot from.

You should stand away so you can use the zoom function which controls the depth of field somewhat, makes for very realistic pictures. You can also hold R1 to keep focus on an object, while moving your camera. Also try to find a spot where you can stand lower than your object, so you have low angle shot.

All you have to do is take the pic from the bottom of a small hill and zoom in.

find the area you want to shoot from, park your car, and bring another vehicle with you. then use the other vehicle from the first person dash cam until you find an angle you like

hah nice, it was aimed towards "dumb guy" not you, but then I realised I don't need to be an asshole.

That's just the other hangar in sandy shores.

 

 

Also if you stand back some instead of right ontop of the car, you'll get a "lower" angle.

This is the kinda thing i mean. It looks sick.

 

A lot of that's down to good choice of ambient lighting, and knowing the angles of the light sources, too - it's the difference between something that just looks like a still frame of gameplay footage:

To get the tilted angle just sit on a bicycle and pull up your camera.

or take pics while on a motorbike

You can also use the snapmatic glitch to get really low shots of your car.

Its really simple, and all you need is a sticky bomb and a vehicle of your choice. Tutorial:

 

 

Here's a pic I took when I was trying out this method:

This car is lowered and you can still see my character crouching behind it. Thats how low photos you can take using this glitch.
