Who is she ? I noticed she's also in a loading screen stepping out of a car .

She's an African American business woman with bushy hair and in the heists trailor she is seen blowing things up and standing in the background. Shes very pretty and I wonder if she has a name and will be a prominent npc in future games. (Perhaps she'll be the first female protagonist in GTA 6?)

That is a character created by Rockstar. They use that character that the devs use. Which is why you can see her in the Business Update art.

Now I'm no American history buff, but if I'm not mistaken they are referred to as African Americans because that's where Americas black population is descended from.

 

That just means their heritage is from Africa. We all originally originated from Africa and then spread out. I am part German but you don't see me getting called German American, I'm just white.

 

The other thing is its racist to say all dark people who resemble Africans must be African. I know more people who are from Europe and are black than I know who are black and from Africa. Coming from a friend who moved from Paris 2 years ago and says he hates it when people refer to him as African American because other than his ancestors from 400+ years ago he has no relation to Africa.

The term African-American was coined when racial oppression was still being overcome, but IMO, all black Americans lost the ability to play the race card when we elected and re-elected a black president, the top-grossing performers are mostly black, highest paid athletes are mostly black, and there is even a sitcom on national TV called 'Black-ish'.

 

I'm all for equality, what I'm not for is furthering a racial divide by pre-fixes in front of the word American....among other things. People are people, everyone is the same biologically, skin pigment means nothing.

Germans have been out of Africa and crossbred and evolved with so many other groups and species evolving outside Africa its a very distant thing. Last I read the African race are actually the only pure homo sapiens left. Or at least they hadn't yet identified any other human species they have bred with. We have scientific names for all races, you can use those without getting anyone annoyed.
