I love that people just respond by saying "learn to drive" or "get better".

 

And they didn't seem to read anything about me hating not being able to see anything, the constant white-out, the glare from the street lights, everything looking like one big white blob. The constant night cycle....

Maybe you'd prefer, "Learn to see."

f*ck the snow! I waited months so I could get some stockings and I STILL never got any!

OT: All of you saying you hated the snow will be jonezing for it come next November. I wanted it to be over last year too, but couldn't wait for it this year. Made sure to soak in as much of it as possible.

The main people I observed struggling with snow were the ones who kept driving rear wheel drive sports and super car without changing their driving habits (I saw a Granger outrun a Jester racecar yesterday for instance). Though it admittedly was rather amusing to watch them spin out and crash during missions while while the more baseline vehicles had few problems.

Me. I can't even do the Heist Setup Humane Labs-EMP without crashing into the water and failing the mission. I'm starting to get very very annoyed.

The only reason i DON't like the snow is because of other players, lol. Normally, i can get away from people who are chasing, because they always are out for blood on GTA, no one wants to chill. BUT with the snow, i can't drive 10 feet without sliding off the road or an NPC sliding into me.

 

So my reply: I don't hate the snow, but the popular community makes it a bit frustrating

When I'm having fun, doing missions and driving around with friends, its very entertaining.

 

Doing Pacific Standard finale with randoms where the final objective is to get to the dinghy, not so much.

I actually missed the first's year snow (2013) even though I did play gta online around that time...

 

I did experience the snow weather in 2014 and enjoyed it.

 

And again I missed this year's gta online Christmas snow because I travelled away to visit my family in another country. Thankfully the snow is back now :)

I LOVE THE SNOW! everybody with a different opinion can go F*** Y***S****. usually i am like: whatever makes u happy and everybody can have his own opinion. but not with this one! SNOW IS GREAT!

everytime the snow is gone the game feels so ugly for the first few minutes...

Like IRL, I like to watch snowy settings, but I hate it if I have to take the car or go anywhere.

I live in a region where snow is very rare. So we don't have the necessary stuff. It would be useless for just a few days or so. It's why traffic are f*cked up when it happens, and it's f*cking annoying. OMG 5 centimeters of snow, were're screwed.

Guys I have this odd glitch, I can't see the snow!

I can only see the snow falling from the sky and I can feel and see the snow that is hitting my car but there's no snow on the ground.

Anyone has that issue and now how to fix that? Already tried veryfing game files but it didn't help either, on PC.

 

Edit. Ok nvm frame scaling is bugging the snow, disabled that until snow is gone again.

I don't like it because it causes my game to lag on PC for some reason.

That and the driving kind of sucks.

But...I just deal with it. It's only like this a few days out of the year.

It's normal there's some heavy post-processing like volumetric fog with the snow, it causes me to drop much more frames too. Even down to 37 at times on 970 lol

I might have to adjust my graphics settings.

If you hate the snow = sh*tty driver.

That is all you need to say,just admit it and move along.

Just drive like you do IRL in snow.

Slow down,then turn.

I personally love it...and driving is fun in snow.

It should be added to the weather rotation cycle at least once a week.

 

And for all you who cant drive in it...I shudder at the thought of you flying in it.😁
