Is anyone else hating the snow?

2016 edit To remind everyone, we've had snow for a couple of days this year, last year it was prolonged. That is why I made this post.

 

I'm sure most people love it but it's doing my head in. Poor car ahdnling and responsiveness. Everything taking and age to stop or just sliding. Everything is just constant white. Harsh street lights make it murder just to see around. Near constant night time.

 

I for one will be glad when its gone and I can see SA again and get some traction on a road.

If nothing more than being a beautful, wonderful limited-time treat to the game, it forces players to actually pay attention to the driving physics... or crash.

The snow makes taking off and landing the Titan at an airfield during night properly harder than it should be, but that just adds to the experience. I don't know why, but I love roleplaying as a pilot in GTA Online. I always get shot down though.

Get the Elegy, add a spoiler for more traction and other tuning stuff. I made the experience that it drives absolutely nice on snow and is still one of the fastest cars in the game.

OP have a tinker with the brightness settings. I too found it really hard to see at first.

 

Also if you're struggling with car handling- check out this thread- http://gtaforums.com/topic/757139-best-vehicles-for-snow/'.It will give you some ideas of good cars (for example 4 wheel drives) for handling the snow! Hope that helps buddy!

Go to in game internet and complete the DMV course. Or better yet wait till this annoying weather passes. Snow is costing me mass amounts of money cause I can't my car keeps sliding off the road every time I tilt the car or turn and then the cops constantly run me off the road or keep pursuing me so close there's no way to escape, eventually trapping me and killing me, taking 500 of my hard earned gta dollars that I'm saving up for heists vehicles. There are certain missions and games that weather can be changed to rain. I want all missions and games to have snow and rain as an added weather choice. Snow also needs added to the game creators.

I have to see I agree. Visibility is horrible. I've just spent a couple of hours free-roaming and my eyes are stinging.

 

There's a name for this - it's called snow-blindness.

Nope I'd love to see it added as a weather option permanently for races. Since Summer in America is Winter in Australia and vice verse it would be a nice addition to drive in it when we want off and on. We get rain so why not add snow to the list as an option but then put snow in game every Christmas like they have been doing.
