Combat MG Glitch?

I just bought the Combat MG with the extended clip and when i shoot it, it makes no sound. But NPCs react when i shoot, im on Xbox One.

It happens to the best of us. Not sure what causes it, though it's been two weeks since it happened.

 

And that's my go to weapon.

Sometimes a few guns lose thier sound. A friend of mind has reported the bug however Rockstar are having difficulty agreeing that it's a bug with multiple videos for proof (PS4).

I haven't lost sound on ps4 but I used to loose sound somewhat regularly on ps3 being replaced by a low volume out of sync weirdness. Was highly annoying and ongoing for at least 10 months without being fixed.

Happens to my Special Carbine very often.

Happens to my Assault Shotgun rarely on Xbox One.

has happened to my sawn off shotty a bunch of times. sound comes back after a while or in a new session though.

ah, and i was hoping someone found a glitch to make the combat mg shoot with a higher rate of fire

I get this issue as well when I'm using mine in a survival.

Mine Used to do that when i was on the 360.

I've had this happen randomly on various guns. Switch sessions and it should sort it out.
