How do I transfer my PS3 save file to PS4?

If there is a way anyways.

 

I didn't get to 100% GTA V on PS3 and was wondering how I can get the save file onto PS4.

Your singleplayer save doesn't transfer to PS4, only your online progress if you choose to transfer your character.
