Glitches for cash only affect one person - the glitcher. Mind you're own damn business OP or get on next gen where there are not any decent money glitches.

I don't really care about money glitchers. They're still kill-able. As for hackers that use god mode and no clip etc. They're the worst.

I never glitch money. But due to R* being so desperate to kill fun (locked titan/cargobob), and their strange logic (everyone asks for a clean voodoo, instead they get a clean Rat Loader), I am now able to destroy a vehicle with a snack or tear gas bomb using the glitched airport gate.

Edit: This is inside the gate, not at the side like on youtube.

hists aren't delayed because of glitches.

Cash cards boost bank accounts more.

I'm gonna keep glitching my ass off because it doesn't affect anyone in anyway. Besides the fact I can blow up an adder anytime I want just to watch the pretty sparks.

Had a guy last night call me out daring me to blow up his adder. Sent him "yolo" then nuked the adder. He was like damn dude I have 6k to my name and u just wasted 12. So I gave him 5k worth of bounty money and peeled off.

It feels good to be a gangsta.

Jeez OP sounds incredibly butthurt for absolutely no reason. Sure, there's absolutely and literally no point to the game, but then again is there a point/endgame to any multiplayer? Not really, except to have fun. But we can't exactly have fun when everything you want/need to actually enjoy playing the game usually costs like 10 times more than the average mission payout, now can we? If R* didn't make it so difficult to earn and even save legitimate money instead of trying to sell us Shark Cards left and right, people probably wouldn't feel the need to exploit glitches. If you wanna figure out a way to make the game more enjoyable for everyone, be my guest.

Rockstar have patched all the good glitches anyway. The best one out there right now requires EIGHT people!

Not true, having so much money gave me advantage over other people because I don't care how much I spent while they are on a budget. I got everything, they don't. I don't care about cheating since it's just a video game to me, but saying it doesn't affect others is pure bs.

So OP edit his original post and says he thinks most of this forum is childish and underage because they like glitches? Hmm I'm 30 and I like glitches, I just think OP is a bit silly and over dramatic.

WHAT? Just because you have everything and I don't doesn't mean you're better at this game then I. I only have 250k while you have millions that doesn't mean I'm at a disadvantage. Being a better player leaves the other at a disadvantage, not money.

Not A Nice Person

OP needs to relax, he's writing a fcking essay like someone really exploits money in real life and it's just a damn game, there's tons others. They arent delaying heists, it's just R* wants to make them how they vision it.

And we're childish...

Therefore they do not affect anyone but the glitcher. Don't see the logic? Can't help you anymore.

You are really spreading your disease on many of the threads you're visiting and replying in.

I'm not sure where you've lost a large portion of your brain, but obviously they affect not only the individual's gameplay but the rest of the community the individual participates with. Makes me wonder why R* would create a cheater pool if cheaters were not really a problem...

I'm not that innocent either, I participated in a few glitches already, mainly the first LSC bike glitch and the cargobob glitch. My cash was eventually removed from the LSC glitch but I still own the cargobob.

Now that I own everything money can buy, I can bring a whole arsenal of weapons and vehicles to a gun fight some players cannot afford. Now that I own this arsenal, I'm bored I don't have a goal to work towards - there is nothing I can really do with my cash at this point, well until the next update at least.

I don't really care for glitchers, I don't like them but I tolerate them. I would have preferred a game where there were no glitchers at all - a sense of accomplishment and some cred amongst the community would have been better than seemlessly purchasing anything just because I could.

In a game where everything is unlocked through RP, cash glitching has no real advantage.

Think about it.... a rank 1 glitches their way to $10 billion whereas a rank 400 earns $20 million legit. Now tell me who has the advantage. I'll give you a hint, it isn't the rank 1 as they have a sh*t ton of cash but they're still stuck with next to nothing worth having unlocked.

So go on genius, tell me how glitching your way to a stupid amount of money gives you any real advantage? You've still got to spend a fair bit of time unlocking stuff through RP gains, race wins and the like. You could glitch your way to $100 billion but I guarantee it has no effect on me so to that end I couldn't give a sh*t about money glitches as they are harmless to other players, especialy compared glitches like godmode, invisibilty, RP gains. See where I'm coming from yet or are to busy trying to think of your next terrible attempt at an insult to see the obvious?

I'm only talking about money glitches as per the OP. Of course using RP and cash glitches together is unfair but using a cash glitch and nothing else is not a big deal. You're only cheating yourself really and running the risk of Rockstar having cause to dump you in Bad Sport/Cheater Pool.

While I agree partially on this I still disagree to a point that it doesn't take very long to level up to level 120. And while leveling up to level 120, a player cannot make enough cash to buy for instance two or three of the most expensive pegasus vehicles plus a few super cars.

Why would it be acceptable, no matter what type of glitch, to manipulate the gaming mechanics in such a way to gain inordinate amounts of cash, RP, items or otherwise use these manipulations to grieve other players? A glitch is a glitch and R* should punish on even the smallest offenses. R* had no problem putting me in the cheaters pool for bookmarking the modded job titan of a crap, why should money glitchers get away with their nefarious activities?

In-game cash is a currency R* uses to make real funds from this game - as a business, R* has probably lost quite a bit on cash card sales with all the cash that was illegally brought into the game. Not that I support cash cards, at least they pay for our free patches each month. But at the end, players have manipulated a system a company uses to raise funds. If it was your company you'd be pissed, but obviously have this happen to someone else where it doesn't 'affect' you is acceptable...

It all depends how you play. Spend all your time in free-roam, of course you'll be broke. Spend most your time in missions and job and you'll make pleanty.

I guess you can argue that money glitches potentially harm Rockstar, but only if those doing the glitches would have bought cash cards if there were no glitches. But Rockstar have made a pretty decent stash on sales of the game alone so they having nothing coming over them.

Either way, the effect on other players is minimal.

OP, you're talking about underage people on these forums, like there is a problem with being underage. Your example proves that being overage and undereducated is much worse, because...

...correlation does not imply causation. Think about it.

Your hypothesis is absolutely flawed, just because there is no possible way to prove that glitch using is causing delays. Yes, you can speculate about it, but there is nothing to support your words. And no, R* words supporting this hypothesis without real proof such as an independent audit of their financial statements concerning developing process are absolutely null. I can remember how they said that it was our hardware issues behind all these freezes. So, just no. Theoretically, if glitching was so serious restrain for R* to focus on updates, there was a very efficient and rational solution: paid DLC model.

EDIT: Never mind, OP is 16 year old talking about underage childish people on forums.

They'd much rather steal it and make some real cash mula..

Also, the jacked up MP prices for things when compared to SP are just criminal..

I am really really suprised at the replies to this. Obviously 90% of the GTA Forums community are childish and stand by the use of glitches. Something leads me to believe in fact most of these users are under age.

What physical accomplishment is achieved through glitching like this? Let alone actually admitting to using them! Wow.

Two things, (and, for the record, I've been an adult for a long time).

Number one - this is only a game. The money is fake. The junk you buy with it is fake. All my money is "legit," but I do not care how others have gotten theirs. I don't care how much money other players have. Why should I? Why do you? Whether it's a gate launch, a wall breach, or a way to make fake money, it harms no one. Perhaps you are the one being childish about this?

Number two - glitches have been a part of this game since almost day one. Finding glitches is part of the experience. And let's not forget, this is a game predicated upon....stealing! If there is one illegitimate way to obtain money in this game, it's by buying fake money with real money.

I'm not saying I'm better, it give me the advantage. Having an advantage doesn't mean you are the best or you going to win. Put two people against each other with roughly the same skills and same level. One just ran out of money to buy bullets, a gun, a tank or an attack chopper while the other one has several millions glitched in. Obviously the one with the glitched money has the advantage, doesn't mean he will win though, but his chances are better.

Anachronistic

Money glitches affect the way the game is played? They probably made the game better. With the unevenness in pay outs, what's the difference between no-one playing missions or everyone playing one mission.

OP wasn't around for the Rooftop Rumble grinding era. Seriously you would get gunned down upon entering free mode by the very same idiots you just completed the mission with. If not them then the other two crews that just came out of doing their Rooftop Rumble. If not them, then all the griefers camping to kill players spawning in there, complete with fire trucks at the ready for anyone in passive. Better not drive your car either, somebody surely stickied it. Your only chance was to shoot your way out, run down the hill and get far enough away to call your car in.

It got so bad I never drove the case in, I'd just sit at the garage while somebody else delivered it.

Now I play any mission I want with rational players.

As for money? R* did that themselves. Cash cards. You could simply buy yourself into a millionaire of you wanted. Maybe your problem is with RP glitches or powerful DLC weapons with no rank requirements.
